We have our alarm set to a certain tone, radio station or playlist which dictates how we start the day. The more we like the song, the better we feel when we do wake up a slap the snooze button. When we sleep, we often sleep with soothing ocean, jungle or bird sounds or we try to fall asleep with the television on a sleep timer. The type of music we fall asleep with can determine how quickly we fall asleep and how deep we sleep.
